We have changed apple varieties, for the last 6 weeks we have been processing Royal Gala and today we moved to Braeburm.
I have no idea how many box’s we would have processed over this period but it must have been lots, with most of them being shipped to Germany.
The Braeburm seem to be a bigger apple so we are filling a lot more RDT’s (Retail Display Trays) so this makes us a work a lot harder.
Looking forward to Easter with a trip down to Carterton and Wellington.
