We have a normal weekend again, this is because the cool store is now closed on the Saturday so apples taken out on Friday and processed on the Saturday would have to stay in the pack house till Monday and they cannot stay out of the cool store for this long of period, so hence no work on Saturday. So at last a sleep in ...
For us the end of May is when we will finish, if not before hand if the apples run out.
