It is day 2 and we are rather sore, muscles that have not been used for a while are getting a workout, I am on looking after the box's, keeping enough on all the lines for the packers to fill, Gill was on packing but has moved to sort out the trays that go into the box's.
This is a 6 day of week operation and it looks like to be a busy season as there are lots of apples according to the owners.
