This weekend the country has had the worst weather so far, gale force winds, snow, rain and hail have followed us around. But saying that we have had a great time catching up with the girls in Petone and friends in Whitby and Paraparaumu as well as attending to the business issues that we came down to do.
The trip to Carterton today was long with the Rimutaka hill road closed so it was the long way round via the Manawatu gorge.
Tomorrow we head back to Omokoroa.
